Transfers of data outside the Dubai International Financial Centre

As our Associates and many of our third party service providers are based outside of the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”), personal data may be transferred to or stored at a destination outside the DIFC (including staff operating outside of the DIFC who work for Unitas and/or its Associates and its third party service providers or contractors.
